The Recipe
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups choc chips
Preheat oven to 375. Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy and lightened in color (about 4 min). Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until incorporated.
Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in choc chips.
Split dough into two cake circle pans
Cook dough for about 10 to 12 minutes, you want the dough to be soft when you bring it out. You don't want it to be cooked all the way.
Put scoops of ice cream on cookie & ENJOY!
